THE ROLE → Design and execute AI-driven lead generation strategies for our clients and internal growth → Build and manage LinkedIn automation campaigns — targeting, sequencing, and follow-up → Leverage Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) to produce content, scripts, and assets at scale → Develop multi-channel outreach systems combining LinkedIn, email, and AI-assisted workflows → Analyze campaign performance and iterate with data — not assumptions → Work directly with the founder on positioning and messaging for B2B service niches
REQUIRED TOOL PROFICIENCY You must have hands-on, working knowledge of the following — not surface-level awareness: ✅ Claude (Anthropic) — prompt engineering, business workflows ✅ ChatGPT (OpenAI) — content generation, automation logic ✅ AIA — LinkedIn automation campaigns ✅ Dux-Soup — LinkedIn prospecting and outreach sequences ✅ LinkedIn Sales Navigator — targeting and list building ✅ CRM tools and pipeline management
HARD REQUIREMENTS → A good or strong LinkedIn account with over 1,000 connections → Proven LinkedIn automation experience — you have run campaigns and have results to show → Ability to build outreach sequences from scratch: targeting, copy, follow-up logic → Understanding of B2B sales cycles — specifically professional services (consulting, finance, training) → Conversion-focused copywriting ability in English (Swahili is a strong plus) → Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment with minimal handholding → Self-directed — you will be measured on pipeline output, not hours logged
COMPENSATION 📈 Performance-Based Commission — aggressive commission structure tied to clients signed, campaigns delivered, and revenue generated. Your results define your income ceiling. 💰 Competitive Monthly Base Salary — paid after 90 days, and a structured monthly retainer, not for beginners. KES 40K–60K base + commission
