Role Overview BagginsHQ is seeking a Head of Sales / Regional Sales Lead – East Africa to lead commercial growth across the East African region. This is a high-accountability leadership role responsible for building, managing, and delivering sales performance through a regional sales structure. You will not only close business personally, but also recruit, manage, and oversee a team of Tech Sales Executives across East Africa while ensuring measurable monthly revenue generation.

This position is Kenya-based and oversees commercial growth in countries including but not limited to: Kenya Uganda Tanzania Rwanda Ethiopia Burundi South Sudan

Core Responsibility You will be fully responsible for: Regional Revenue Growth Driving BagginsHQ revenue growth across East Africa Consistently achieving monthly revenue targets Closing high-value B2B technology deals

Sales Team Leadership Recruiting qualified Tech Sales Executives Training and supervising regional sales representatives Monitoring daily performance and accountability Replacing underperforming team members quickly

Pipeline & Performance Management Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Managing outreach, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions Ensuring all sales activity is documented through approved company systems

Commercial Representation Representing and selling BagginsHQ core solutions: Website Development Standard websites (from USD 350) Interactive websites with portals (from USD 700)

Business Software CRM systems (from USD 1,500) ERP systems (from USD 3,500)

Mobile Application Development Single-business apps (from USD 2,100) Multi-business apps (from USD 4,900)

You must be comfortable selling premium technology solutions, not low-value services.

Compensation Structure Monthly Retainer Ksh 30,000/month

Facilitation Ksh 10,000/month Provided strictly during the first two (2) months probation period only to support internet and communication expenses.

Performance Bonuses Team reaches Ksh 500,000 monthly revenue → Ksh 25,000 bonus Team reaches Ksh 1,000,000 monthly revenue → Ksh 60,000 bonus Team reaches Ksh 2,000,000+ monthly revenue → Ksh 120,000 bonus

High performance is rewarded aggressively.

Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) Month 1 – Foundation Month Expected outcomes: Recruit and structure regional sales team Establish active pipeline Generate traction toward sales

Minimum expected target: Ksh 300,000 – Ksh 500,000 pipeline/revenue activity

Month 2 – Performance Month Expected outcome: Team must begin generating measurable results

Minimum expected revenue: Ksh 1,000,000 verified monthly team revenue

Failure to demonstrate measurable execution within the first two (2) months may result in termination.

Important Definition of Revenue Revenue only counts when: The client formally requests an invoice; and Payment is received by BagginsHQ.

Meetings, promises, proposals, leads, or verbal interest do not count as revenue.

Team Structure Under Your Leadership Tech Sales Executives under your supervision: Receive no salary during qualification period Must bring their first verified paying client Unlock salary eligibility only after proven execution

You will be accountable for ensuring your team consists of serious performers—not salary seekers.

Strict Company Structure To maintain accountability and prevent operational disruption: Clients belong to BagginsHQ, not individuals All client activity must be recorded in company systems Company email usage is mandatory No unofficial sales structures outside approved systems Team members remain accountable directly to BagginsHQ
