Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate and play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across our organization. Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM What You’ll Do Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time management Detail-oriented with high accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ATS knowledge is a plus) Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field Experience: Recruitment, HR, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
