Job description We are seeking an honest, hardworking and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Channel Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, to be based in Nairobi, Kenya. Following our expansion efforts in the region, the Regional Channel Sales Manager will uphold company policies and values at all times, serving as a role model for ethical behavior and professionalism, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization through dedication and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Kenya. Identify and onboard new channel partners, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and marketing collateral tailored to the Kenya market. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell cybersecurity solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adaptation of sales strategies. Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and areas of success.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners. Strong understanding of the Kenya market, with experience working in the region. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel within Kenya as needed. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success. Must have a valid driving license
