Educational technology companies confront a persistent obstacle: creating learning content that captures attention while addressing each student's individual requirements. The market is saturated with standardized, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation more critical than ever. Evidence shows that learning materials which fail to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences lead to sharp declines in engagement, resulting in inadequate educational outcomes. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within limited time and budget constraints.
LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through AI-powered innovation in content development. We're building more than AI applications—we're engineering AI systems that produce dynamic, individualized educational resources. Imagine an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge engine that generates compelling, adaptive materials on demand. This strategy not only sets us apart in a competitive landscape but fundamentally expands what AI can accomplish in education, delivering learning experiences that are more accessible, impactful, and engaging.
This is not your typical AI engineering position. You won't be confined to routine programming or theoretical model development. You'll spearhead efforts to transform student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered systems that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual optimization—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward measurable, real-world outcomes.
As an integral part of our team, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms capable of reshaping the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as subject matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with depth and relevance. If the prospect of leveraging AI to redefine education excites you, and you're prepared to own projects that challenge conventional limits, we want to connect with you.
What You Will Be Doing
Developing Agent-Driven Content Generation Pipelines – Systems that autonomously produce educational materials and refine themselves through evaluation cycles and iterative testing. Constructing Evaluation Datasets & Testing Frameworks – Curated benchmark sets (input → expected output mappings) and scoring mechanisms to assess, compare, and enhance AI content quality. Architecting Knowledge Context Packs – Organized domain-specific artifacts that ground AI systems with subject expertise, enabling generation of precise, high-caliber educational materials.
Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities
