** Key Responsibilities**

•  Receive customer devices, assess faults, and provide repair estimates

•  Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults on Android and iOS devices including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards

•  Perform data recovery, OS reinstallation, and device unlocking and configuration

•  Repair PCs and laptops — hardware replacements and OS troubleshooting (preferred)

•  Service and maintain printers — inkjet and laser (preferred) •  Keep the workspace clean, organized, and professional

•  Maintain a log of received and completed repair jobs

•  Handle customer interactions in a polite and professional manner

**Required Qualifications **

•  Minimum 2 years of hands-on mobile phone repair experience

•  Ability to diagnose and repair both Android and iOS devices

•  Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

•  Able to work independently and handle multiple repairs at once

•  Honest, detail-oriented, and punctual

**Preferred Qualifications **

The following will be considered an advantage:

★ PC and laptop repair experience

★ Printer repair and maintenance experience
