DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Site Visits

  • Conduct property site visits and tours for prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate information about company properties, pricing, and project features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Brand Promotion & Marketing

  • Represent the company at property activations, exhibitions, and marketing events.
  • Promote company properties and services across various platforms.
  • Increase brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in client follow-ups and lead conversion.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and site visit feedback.
  • Support negotiations and customer onboarding processes.
  • Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights during site engagements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and marketing strategie

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Maintain updated client databases and marketing materials.
  • Ensure professionalism and brand consistency during all client interactions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or related role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to engage clients and promote products/services effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
  • Customer service oriented
  • Confident and professional personality
