DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, lead tracking, and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely preparation of sales documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Support property sales processes from inquiry to closure.

Team Management

  • Assist in supervising and coordinating the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide operational support where necessary.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, and team activities.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
  • Maintain updated customer databases and CRM records.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of sales records and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and management teams.

Market & Business Support

  • Support implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth and client acquisition.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales coordination or real estate sales support.
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating a sales team.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
