We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated customer service interns to join our team! This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, retail support, online sales, and call center operations while building valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Assist customers by responding to inquiries and providing product or service information Support walk-in, phone, and online customer interactions professionally and promptly Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate where necessary Support order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales service Maintain accurate customer records and reports Assist in promoting products, offers, and services to customers Work closely with different departments to ensure excellent customer experience Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
