📍 Remote Role Naru Zanzibar is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. We are a Zanzibar-based travel and experience company creating curated island experiences, tours, transfers, group trips, retreats, and unforgettable travel moments across Zanzibar. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates exceptionally well, and thrives in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
What You’ll Do Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media Support travelers with bookings, questions, and trip planning Help guide clients toward the best Zanzibar experiences based on their travel style Assist guests before and during their trip to ensure a seamless experience Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams Deliver high-quality, friendly, and professional customer support
Who You Are Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Warm, professional, and customer-focused Highly organized and responsive Comfortable working remotely Able to multitask and solve problems quickly Passionate about travel, hospitality, and experiences
Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing or support role Strong internet connection and reliable remote work setup Experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred Experience using WhatsApp, email support, and CRM systems is a plus
