We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Telesales Agents to join our expanding team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and passionate about sales and customer engagement. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers using company-provided leads, explaining products professionally, answering customer inquiries, following up clients, and converting leads into successful sales. You will also be expected to maintain good customer relationships, keep accurate sales records, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. This position requires individuals who are excellent communicators, persuasive, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or direct sales will be an added advantage, although training will be provided to successful candidates.
