Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing and or care management

KRCHN/BSCN/HSM/Clinical officer

Strong communication and networking soils

CRM & MS Office proficiency

Knowledge of hospital systems and medical terminology

Build and maintain strong relationships with admitting and referring doctors

Support patient referral processes and inter-specialty coordination

Address communication gaps and improve doctor satisfaction and retention

Act as the main contact person for physician support and concerns

Share updates on new hospital technologies, equipment, and services

Coordinate feedback from doctors and escalate concerns to management

Work closely with insurance and finance teams to ensure smooth pre-authorizations and payments

Maintain accurate records of physician interactions in the CRM system

Represent the hospital at networking events, seminars, and meetingsRequired
