Key Responsibilities****Sourcing & Recruitment

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.**

Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.

Participate in career fairs and hiring events to promote the company’s employer brand.
Screening & Interviewing**

Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.**

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on screening results.
Coordination & Administration**

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.**

Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback.
Candidate Experience & Collaboration**

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
