We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.**

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications****Technical Skills (Hard Skills)**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Soft Skills**

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.**

  • Organization:** Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.**

  • Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.**

  • Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.**

  • Adaptability:** Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.** Education & Experience**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities****Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.**

  • Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Participate in career fairs and hiring events to promote the company’s employer brand.

Screening & Interviewing**

  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.**

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on screening results.

Coordination & Administration**

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.**

  • Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback.

Candidate Experience & Collaboration**

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to align hiring needs and timelines.

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
