Must-Have Qualifications**

Candidates should meet at least 5 of the following requirements:

Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call center or a BPO.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Experience using CRM tools

Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

Strong attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping and follow-up skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of music trends and streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music)

Fast learner, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Experience with audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers, etc.)

Background in sales

Comfort with reading scripts, technical instructions, or basic code
