Krutec SoftCon GmbH was founded in Germany in 1995 and after much success in providing Time Attendance and Access Control solutions in Europe (with over 25,000 installations), it extended its operations into East Africa. The founders and staff come from a diverse range of expertise ranging from long accomplished business executives to expert developers and technicians. We are looking for a trustworthy, aggressive, and dedicated female to join us as a Sales Executive. The successful applicant will undertake responsibilities including but not limited to Business Development, setting up meetings with potential clients and sell our software solutions on her own. The incumbent is expected to be independent, well-groomed and have good knowledge in Information Technology field with outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
With regards to our products (software), adequate training and induction will be provided.
We expect the qualified candidate to start working with us soonest possible. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. We are located at Signature Mall, Third Floor, along Mombasa Road. We are offering a competitive salary package in addition to travel and phone allowances.
Responsibilities:**
· Spear heading sales of our software solutions both locally and across the continent.
· Outreaching for new clients.
· Create and implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
· Maintain sales volume by keeping in touch with current supply and demand trends and other economic indicators.
· Advice on selling prices adjustments by monitoring costs and market competitions.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Requirements****
· Exemplary and incontestable experience in Computer Software Sales.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in both Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Must have experience in Software Solutions.
· Good understanding of general Systems Administration.
· Creative and open to new ideas.
· Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and skills.

Qualifications**
· At least five years’ experience in Software Sales.
· Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field
· Basic knowledge of the German language will be an added advantage.
