The Procurement Lead is accountable for delivering measurable procurement valuethrough strategic negotiations, data-driven analytics, and proficient use of procurement systems. This role integrates category strategy, supplier relationship management, analytics, and technology enablement to ensure value for money, compliance, sustainability, and risk mitigation across the company’s operations.

Lead complex, multi-jurisdictional supplier negotiations and contractexecution involving multiple countries.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate and implement category-specific procurement strategies.  Develop a customer-centric (end-user focused) end-to-end procurement process that prioritizes service delivery.  Design and maintain procurement analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks to track efficiency and outcomes.  Provide data-led insights to support sourcing decisions, governance reviews, and strategic choices.  Oversee supplier performance management, supplier relationship frameworks, and the full contract lifecycle (CLM).  Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, delegated authority limits, and internal/external audit requirements.  Advance the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, ethical sourcing, and inclusive procurement practices into sourcing strategies.  Continuously review and improve processes, systems, and procedures across all areas of responsibility by analyzing workflows, operational sequences, role efficiencies, turnaround times, and service requirements.  Prepare and present detailed analyses on value for money, cost efficiencies, and procurement performance.
