Our expertise spans multiple industries, including healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, finance, and more.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration Must have participated in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems) Understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, or operations) Experience with ERP configuration, support, or functional/user-side implementation Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations is an added advantage Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams Role & Responsibilities: Support ERP implementation, maintenance, and system optimization across business functions Gather business requirements from users and translate them into functional system solutions • Provide first-level technical and functional support for ERP-related issues and queries Coordinate with vendors, developers, and teams during ERP implementation and support cycles • Assist in system testing, UAT, user training, and preparation of documentation and SOPs • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and support reporting within ERP platforms Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within business workflows Support ongoing digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives
