This role focuses on identifying high-impact market opportunities, shaping expansion plans, and ensuring accurate forecasting to align supply, sales, and operational activities across markets.

Industry offerings, pricing, and market positioning

Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion****

Identify and assess new markets, cities, and customer segments.

Develop market entry plans covering pricing, product suitability, and go-to-market considerations.

Partner with country teams on launch planning and growth activities.

Create expansion roadmaps and implementation timelines.
Demand Planning & Forecasting****
- Develop and manage demand forecasts.
Align forecasts with:

Sales projections

Marketing plans and pipeline projections

Historical performance and seasonal trends

Introduction of new inverter products

Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and Product availability during launches and expansion phases

Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting approaches using actual performance data.

Identify demand-related risks (e.g. understocking, overstocking, slow-moving inventory) and propose appropriate actions.
Strategic Initiatives & Business Planning**
