The Business Intelligence & Planning Manager will drive data-informed planning and strategic growth for the inverter business. This role focuses on identifying high-impact market opportunities, shaping expansion plans, and ensuring accurate forecasting to align supply, sales, and operational activities across markets.

You might be a strong candidate if you have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in business intelligence, strategy, or demand planning

  • Ability to translate data into commercial actions

  • Cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, supply chain)

  • Experience in energy, fintech, or emerging markets (preferred)

Market Intelligence & Insights** Conduct ongoing market assessments covering:

  •  Energy pricing (grid, diesel, petrol )

  •  Customer affordability and purchasing trend

  • Industry offerings, pricing, and market positioning

  • Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards for senior stakeholders.

  • Provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion****

  • Identify and assess new markets, cities, and customer segments.

  • Develop market entry plans covering pricing, product suitability, and go-to-market considerations.

  • Partner with country teams on launch planning and growth activities.

  • Create expansion roadmaps and implementation timelines.

Demand Planning & Forecasting****

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts.

Align forecasts with:

  • Sales projections

  • Marketing plans and pipeline projections

  • Historical performance and seasonal trends

  • Introduction of new inverter products

  • Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and Product availability during launches and expansion phases

  • Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting approaches using actual performance data.

  • Identify demand-related risks (e.g. understocking, overstocking, slow-moving inventory) and propose appropriate actions.

Strategic Initiatives & Business Planning**

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and planning activities.

  • Develop business cases and financial models.

  • Monitor implementation progress and help deliver against defined priorities.
