Role Overview The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning: Develop and manage the company’s annual budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, ensuring the organization has sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic demands. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards. Cost Control: Monitor spending, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure that expenditures are aligned with approved budgets. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies, while proactively managing financial risks. Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring audit recommendations are implemented. Investment Management: Analyze potential investment opportunities, evaluate their financial feasibility, and provide recommendations to senior management. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the finance team to ensure consistent performance, accurate reporting, and professional growth. Stakeholder Communication: Present financial performance reports and strategic insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in finance management, financial analysis, and budgeting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in [relevant financial software/tools] and advanced Excel skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing business needs.
