Lodge loading orders and customs entries with relevant authorities. Present documentation to Kenya Revenue Authority for gate pass processing and cargo clearance. Coordinate with relevant offices to facilitate smooth truck dispatch and depot operations. Verify Bills of Lading (BoL) and relevant documents. Track and update shipment and truck dispatch status. Liaise with customs officials, transporters, depot staff, and clearing agents. Maintain accurate records of customs entries, dispatch documentation, and stock movement. Follow up on customs clearance issues to avoid delays, demurrage, and penalties. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS codes, tariffs, and petroleum industry procedures. Support daily depot and logistics operations. Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Clearing & Forwarding or Customs Administration Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Clearing & forwarding, Customs documentation or Depot operations or transport coordination Working knowledge of KRA customs procedures, loading and dispatch operations, Customs declaration systems such as iCMS, KenTrade, or ASYCUDA Understanding of Bills of Lading, Customs entries and gate pass processing Strong computer literacy (MS Office and logistics systems). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. High integrity and professionalism.
