Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Coltium Industries. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outreach to prospective and existing clients in the semiconductor and related technology sectors. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating product and service demonstrations, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral, and supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives. The specialist will also respond to inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, analyze sales and marketing data, and contribute to forecasting and reporting. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Proven experience in sales and sales management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. Experience delivering training or product enablement sessions to clients, partners, or internal teams. Background in technology or engineering-related sales, preferably within semiconductor, electronics, or industrial sectors. Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools, along with basic data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused business practices.
