The role oversees inspection processes, tooling compliance, technical documentation integrity, and supports continuous safety and quality improvement initiatives within the AMO Department.   Duties Compliance Oversight: Enforces adherence to OEMs, KCAA, and operator requirements Inspections: Leads all stages of inspection: pre, hidden damage, in-progress, and final Training & Rosters: Manages certifying engineer training and inspection authorizations Tooling & Equipment: Verifies calibration and condition of critical tooling Records: Maintains AMO technical records and documentation integrity Regulatory Liaison: Coordinates with KCAA and OEMs through Head of Quality Safety & Quality: Champions ALS safety culture and continuous improvement Requirements Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering AME License with airframe/engine or avionics ratings Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance Completed QMS course (KCAA approved) Proficient in digital reporting tools Excellent written and verbal skills
