We're Conek Media. We run patient acquisition for 500+ chiropractic clinics across the United States, including locations of The Joint Chiropractic. We're looking for one full-time setter to join our B2B sales team. You'll be calling chiropractic clinic owners in the US and booking qualified discovery calls into our co-founders' calendars.
If you've done 1-3 years in appointment setting, or phone sales and you're tired of being a number on a 50-person floor with no path forward, this might be your move.
The role Monday to Saturday, 12 hours per day US business hours (you'll need to work US Eastern or Central time) Qualify leads against our scoring criteria Book qualified calls into our founders' calendars Log all activity in GHL
Compensation Base pay from day 1, paid weekly in USD via Wise or Payoneer $20 USD bonus for every qualified show on the calendar Top performers earn $1,700-3,000 USD per month total Salary review after 90 days based on performance
Who thrives here Clear, conversational English (call-center neutral is fine, we are NOT looking for fake American accents) 1+ years on the phone in B2B or B2C sales or setting Doesn't take rejection personally Follows a script tightly while sounding natural Reads CRM data and updates it without being asked
