Role Description
The Resort Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient functioning and exceptional service delivery at the resort. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling budgets and financial performance, maintaining property standards, and implementing business strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. The role involves collaborating with various departments, resolving guest concerns, and improving operational processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kenya.
Qualifications
Strong operational management skills, including knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Proficiency in customer service, guest relations, and conflict resolution Leadership and team management experience, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation Ability to develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with hospitality management software and fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
