We need an English-fluent, tech-comfortable associate to reach out to skilled talent, get them signed up, and answer their questions about how the platform works.

What you'll do: • Reach out to skilled professionals — engineers, researchers, finance and healthcare pros, and more — and get them onto the platform. • Walk candidates through signup and the talent side of the application. • Answer technical and product questions clearly and patiently. • Be the first point of contact that turns interested talent into active users.

What we're looking for: • Excellent spoken and written English. • Comfortable with technology — you can learn a web app quickly and explain it simply. • Some experience in outreach, recruiting, support, or sales. • Patient, personable, and good at making people feel taken care of. • Comfortable working U.S.-friendly hours.

The details: • Fully remote. • Contract to start, converting to full-time based on performance. • Competitive, market-rate pay.
