Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Manager at MASOCHI BUSINESS CONSULTANCY. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, including coordinating client projects, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of consulting services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, gathering and analyzing business data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the development and implementation of business strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises. The role also involves collaborating with internal consultants, allocating resources effectively, improving internal processes, and contributing to business development activities such as proposals and client outreach. The Business Manager is expected to work independently, maintain clear communication with clients and team members, and uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications Strong business management skills, including operations oversight, project coordination, and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making. Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
