Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage basic accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and manage office supplies.
  • Ensure efficient filing systems (digital and physical) are maintained.
  • Support management with reporting and operational logistics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: A Degree in Business related courses or a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Accounting principles is essential for this role.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role.
  • Location: Must be residing in or able to easily commute to Kikuyu.
  • Demographics: Preferred age bracket is between 25–30 years.
  • Skills: Proficiency in office software (MS Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.

Compensation

  • Budget: KSh 20,000 – KSh 25,000 per month.
