We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, supplier management, inventory optimization, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing costs and efficiency Analyze market trends and supplier performance to support strategic sourcing decisions Ensure healthy inventory levels and product availability Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities Conduct cost analyses and benchmark procurement performance Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow Implement risk management procedures related to supply chain and procurement Supervise and support procurement team members Work closely with legal and finance teams regarding contracts and compliance

Profile Required

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Strong negotiation and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with procurement and inventory management systems Strong understanding of market dynamics and purchasing strategies Leadership and team management capabilities
