Full Time Architect & 3D Visualizer (Architecture & Interiors)
We are looking for a versatile Architect & 3D Visualizer who excels at designing and visualizing both structural exteriors and detailed interior environments. This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys the full spectrum of a project—from the initial "envelope" of a building to the fine details of the living or working spaces within. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating cohesive designs that seamlessly integrate architectural form with interior functionality.
Key Responsibilities Integrated Design: Develop comprehensive architectural concepts and detailed interior layouts for residential and commercial projects. High-End Visualization: Create photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs that capture light, texture, and mood for both building shells and interior spaces. Technical Planning: Draft architectural sets, including detailed floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and custom joinery/millwork details. Material Selection: Source and specify exterior finishes, interior materials, furniture, and lighting fixtures. Presentation: Prepare compelling design presentations for clients that communicate the "look and feel" of a space through mood boards and 3D models.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, or ArchiCAD. Visualization Suite: Mastery of rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape. Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of structural architectural design and sophisticated interior aesthetics. Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce accurate technical drawings for construction and interior fit-outs.
Preferred Attributes Strong understanding of spatial ergonomics and interior lighting design. Experience in the luxury residential or modern commercial sectors. Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and client visions.
