Role Overview This role combines 60% Account Management and 40% Business Development, focused on growing existing accounts and winning new business. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, commercially driven, and strong at managing multiple client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Account Management (60%) ● Manage relationships with existing clients ● Act as the main contact for assigned accounts ● Follow up regularly to understand needs and spot repeat opportunities ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction ● Share timely updates on orders, timelines, and shipments ● Resolve client issues quickly and professionally ● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities ● Maintain accurate CRM records ● Build long-term client partnerships

Business Development (40%) ● Prospect clients through outreach, referrals, networking, and digital channels ● Qualify leads and book discovery meetings ● Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions ● Follow up with leads through the sales pipeline ● Support proposals, quotations, and presentations ● Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities ● Help achieve monthly lead and revenue targets

Qualifications & Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field ● 1–3 years of experience in account management, transaction management, business development, or B2B sales ● Experience in renewable energy, agtech, or SME finance sector a plus ● Strong relationship management and communication skills ● Excellent organization and follow-up skills ● Commercial awareness and negotiation skills ● Ability to manage multiple client accounts ● Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools ● Self-driven and target-oriented
