This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, guiding a team of recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are met. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer stage. Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Provide coaching, training, and performance management to recruiters. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar leadership role. Proven experience managing recruitment teams. Advanced English proficiency (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Availability to work full-time. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume or regional recruitment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong analytical skills and experience working with recruitment data.
