Trans Nzoia County Water & Sanitation Company Ltd (formerly known as Trans Nzoia County Water and Sewerage Company Ltd) was incorporated on 2nd July, 2020 under Companies Act, 2015. The company started its operations on 1st July 2024, following declustering of Nzoia Water Services Company Limited. The company is fully owned by the County Government of Trans Nzoia. The company is licensed by Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) as the sole water and sanitation services provider in TransNzoia County.TRANSWASCO/5/26/6 Requirements Applicants should be; Be Kenyan citizens between the ages of 20 and 35 years. Hold a diploma from a recognized institution in the relevant field. Be unemployed graduates from recognized training institutions who have completed their courses within the last three years and have not been exposed to work experience related to their area of study; Not have retired or exited from formal employment; and Not have benefited from a similar program. Duties and Responsibilities: Successful candidates will: Assist in departmental operations and assignments. Participate in field and office activities Prepare reports and maintain records Support implementation of organizational programs Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors. Compensation The internship is paid, and interns will receive a monthly stipend as compensation for their time and contribution as per the government guidelines.
