Possession of a Master's degree in Human Resource management is desirable Demonstrate substantial progress towards Certified Human Resource Professional IHRM membership is desirable Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an HR Generalist in a medium-sized or large organization or educational institution is required; experience in a private university will be an added advantage. Must possess working knowledge of the labour laws Must possess demonstrable skills of an Employee Experience Champion Good communication and interpersonal skills.
