The Role (Consultative Approach) We are not looking for a traditional "salesperson," but a Solution Sales Specialist who acts as a strategic consultant. Your mission is to introduce Counseling Hub to International Schools, NGOs, Private Clinics, and Corporations in Kenya, showing them how our AI-driven "Maieutic Assistant" can transform their mental health and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities Consultative Selling: Conduct high-level demos for School Directors, HR Managers, and NGO Leads, explaining the integration between traditional counseling and our AI technology. Strategic Networking: Leverage and expand your network within the Kenyan "Silicon Savannah" and the educational sector (International & Private schools). Project Design: Work closely with clients to tailor the platform’s modules to the specific needs of the Kenyan community (e.g., youth empowerment, counseling, or corporate burnout prevention). Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities in the "Corporate Wellness" sector for Nairobi-based companies and regional NGOs.
Requirements Sector Expertise: Deep interest or professional background in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or Social Work. Solution-Selling Mindset: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles that require educating the client on a new technology. Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English (Swahili is a plus). Ability to speak both "tech" and "human" languages. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Legal Status: Must be able to operate as an independent contractor/consultant in Kenya.
