Edulink International College supports Kenyan students to achieve their on-going educational goals, by permitting them to gain a quality international education whilst remaining in Nairobi and therefore benefiting from not having to travel overseas and manage the organisation and expense that overseas education entails.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Admission Officer role based in Nairobi. The Student Admission Officer will guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing program information, and conducting campus tours or information sessions. The role involves assessing applications, verifying documentation, and coordinating with academic and administrative teams to support timely admission decisions. The officer will maintain accurate records of leads and applicants, follow up with prospective students, and support both local and international recruitment activities. The position also includes participating in outreach events, education fairs, and school visits, while ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for all applicants and their families. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students, parents, and internal stakeholders. Experience or familiarity with international admissions processes and cross-cultural engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, consultations, and follow-up correspondence. Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and student-centered support. Background or strong interest in the education sector and student recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience). Ability to work on-site full time in Nairobi, manage multiple priorities, and meet admissions timelines. Proficiency with basic office software and student information or CRM systems; prior admissions or counseling experience is an advantage.
