The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and business performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily business operations Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational targets Monitor employee performance and productivity Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained Support stock management, inventory control, and replenishment processes Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements Requirements & Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or operations role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Experience in retail, FMCG, or motorbike spares industry is an added advantage Female candidates are encouraged to apply
