Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly productive Full Stack Developer who specializes in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate software development, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver enterprise-grade applications faster than traditional development approaches. The ideal candidate is not only a strong software engineer but also an expert user of AI-powered development tools, AI coding assistants, AI agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs). They should demonstrate a proven ability to reduce development timelines, improve code quality, and rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using AI-driven development methodologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy full-stack web and mobile applications. Leverage AI coding assistants and AI development platforms to accelerate software development. Build scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and technologies. Utilize AI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and optimization. Develop and integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, assistants, document intelligence, workflow automation, and predictive analytics. Create and manage AI agents capable of automating business processes and development tasks. Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications. Rapidly prototype solutions and convert business requirements into working applications within compressed timelines. Continuously identify opportunities to automate software development and operational processes. Maintain high standards for code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development. Proven experience delivering software solutions using AI-assisted development methodologies. Strong expertise in: React, Angular, Vue.js Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or PHP REST APIs and Microservices SQL and NoSQL Databases Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Git and CI/CD pipelines
AI Development RequirementsCandidates must demonstrate practical experience using AI to improve software development productivity, including: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI development platforms. AI-assisted code generation and refactoring. AI-driven testing and quality assurance. Prompt engineering for software development. AI-powered debugging and troubleshooting. AI workflow automation and agent development. Large Language Model (LLM) integration. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. AI-assisted software architecture and system design.
