Key ResponsibilitiesDrive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the Shop, Logistics, and Machinery business units. Translate company vision into measurable business outcomes. Lead and mentor entity heads, fostering accountability and a culture of performance. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market and revenue opportunities. Develop and execute growth strategies that strengthen market position and customer value. Monitor business performance and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.

RequirementsProven experience scaling a business, business unit, or commercial function. Strong background in one or more of the following sectors: retail, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries. Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth results. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
