Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Previous telesales, appointment-setting, customer service, or call centre experience preferred. Confident speaking on the phone. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment (if remote). Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
