Job Purpose Responsible for the overall daily warehousing operations of the Kisumu Small Warehouse, independently completing goods inbound and outbound, inventory counting, ledger management, and local last-mile delivery coordination, ensuring the turnover of goods, shipping timeliness, and the consistency between inventory records and actual stock in the nine southwestern counties, and cooperating with the domestic headquarters to implement warehousing standardization management. Main job responsibilities

1. Daily Warehouse Management: Responsible for organizing goods, arranging them in separate areas, providing safety protection, and managing access control in the independent warehouse. Ensure proper isolation and storage of goods, eliminate issues such as mixed storage, damage, and loss, and maintain a clean and compliant warehouse environment.
2. Warehousing Operations: Responsible for goods receiving, inspection, warehousing, sorting, and outbound operations. Strictly prepare goods according to orders, verify the model and quantity of goods, eliminate issues of incorrect or missed shipments, and efficiently complete the sorting and shipping of orders in southwest county-level regions.
3. Inventory ledger and inventory count: Update the inventory ledger daily, regularly conduct daily and monthly inventory counts, accurately record inventory data, promptly report issues such as inventory discrepancies, damage, missing parts, and slow-moving goods, ensure the consistency between accounts and physical inventory, and cooperate with the headquarters to complete monthly/quarterly inventory reviews.
4. Local Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with local carriers and delivery vehicles, verify shipping documentation, manage delivery timeliness, follow up on last-mile transportation exceptions, cargo damage, and lost package issues, and provide synchronized feedback to the domestic responsible person.
5. Inventory Risk Management and Control: Follow up on the recovery of regional inventory discrepancies, the collection of damaged goods, and the registration of missing accessories; strictly implement the company's warehousing management system; and implement inventory early warning and goods control requirements.
6. Reporting and Closed-loop Docking: Submit daily/weekly warehousing operation reports on time, synchronize inventory, shipping, and exception data, and cooperate with the domestic headquarters to implement regulations, execute processes, and complete various special tasks. Job Requirements
7. Degree in warehousing and logistics, with warehousing practical experience, photovoltaic/power equipment warehousing experience is preferred;
8. Familiar with local logistics and distribution processes, and understand basic inventory management and documentation verification work;
9. Have basic English communication skills and be able to perform simple computer work (Excel ledger registration);
10. Meticulous, responsible, down-to-earth, and stable in work, able to independently complete all basic warehouse tasks, and willing to follow management;
11. Have no record of bad professional conduct, possess good professional ethics, and be able to accept warehouse shift work/daily flexible shipping arrangements.
