Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end development across our product surface. You will own both front-end and back-end systems, mentor a small team of engineers, and work closely with product and design to ship high-quality features at pace.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end systems at production scale Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting technical standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product features Architect, build, and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimise systems for scale Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong test coverage Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions
Requirements 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on full stack development experience Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js Solid experience with back-end technologies: Node.js (Express.js, NestJS) and GraphQL Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with mobile development Experience with Dart and Flutter is a strong advantage Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms Why Join Us?
