Role Description This is an internship role for an Account Manager Intern in a hybrid work arrangement based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility to work from home. The Account Manager Intern will support day-to-day client relationship activities, including assisting with onboarding new clients, tracking ongoing accounts, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues, updating account records and reports, and helping to prepare presentations, summaries, and status updates. You will monitor client usage metrics, gather feedback, and contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and platform adoption. The role also involves participating in meetings, documenting action items, and supporting administrative tasks related to account management and customer success.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, professional relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, including attention to detail, task prioritization, and follow-through on commitments. Comfort working with digital tools and platforms; (e.g., ZOHO CRM, Google workspace, Canva, Claude and PostHog ) and willingness to learn new systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic data or client feedback and translate it into actionable insights. Demonstrated interest in customer success, account management, technology, or AI-powered solutions. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Nairobi County, Kenya, including both in-office collaboration and independent work from home. Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
