Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Nairobi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company’s loan products and financial services. Daily tasks include prospecting and engaging potential clients, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and guiding customers through the application process. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting individual and team sales targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Sales Executive will collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications and will provide feedback from the market to support product and process improvements. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably in financial services, banking, or microfinance. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Good understanding of basic credit principles and personal finance, with the ability to explain loan products clearly and accurately. Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, CRM tools) and ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records. Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Nairobi, manage time effectively, and operate with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions. Familiarity with the Kenyan microfinance or lending market and local customer segments is a strong plus.
