Metropolitan Hospital was founded in the year 1995 by a group of professional entrepreneurs to fulfill the need for a proper medical care to the community in a warm welcoming environment.Job Summary: Responsible for supporting and coordinating human resource functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, staff welfare, Compensation & Benefits, HR administration, compliance with labour laws and hospital policies. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery while supporting a positive and productive work environment. Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Minimum of 3-4 years' HR experience. Experience working in the service industry will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
