Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions • Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements • Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning • Monitor inventory and production-related costs • Support audits and financial reporting requirements

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA (K) qualification or ongoing certification preferred • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
