Role Description

Mbelete & Co Advocates is seeking a dedicated Paralegal for an on-site, full-time position at our office in Athi River. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and performing document reviews. Responsibilities include maintaining case files, drafting contracts, supporting trial preparations, and facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and relevant stakeholders. The Paralegal will play a fundamental role in ensuring smooth legal operations and meeting client needs.

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Law and legal processes Proven experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and stakeholders Excellent Research skills to support case preparation and legal analysis Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments effectively A diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is an asset
