Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications Sales and negotiation expertise, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships Market research and analytical thinking to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities Self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently Proficiency in using sales tools, CRMs, or business software is an added advantage Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
