Duties and Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems. Provide technical support and user assistance for ICT-related issues. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of ICT equipment. Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website and intranet. Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols. Maintain inventory of ICT assets and ensure proper documentation. Assist in the implementation of new ICT projects and upgrades. Ensure compliance with ICT policies, standards, and procedures. Prepare periodic reports on ICT support activities and system status Perform any other ICT-related duties as assigned. Requirements for Appointment Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution. Diploma or degree in GIS will be an added advantage. Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a comparable position. Knowledge of ICT policies, data protection, and public sector digital standards Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
