Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi. The Job Title will support daily operations at the institute, including assisting with client services, maintaining a clean and professional work environment, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities may include coordinating appointments, supporting instructors or practitioners, handling basic administrative tasks, and following set protocols for hygiene and safety. The role involves working closely with colleagues and clients, adhering to institute standards, and contributing to a culture of respect, learning, and high-quality service. Qualifications

Relevant experience or training in aesthetics, beauty therapy, cosmetology, wellness, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with clients, students, and team members. Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing appointments, documentation, and day-to-day tasks efficiently. Demonstrated commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and ethical client care in a clinical or beauty environment. Ability to work on-site full-time in Nairobi, collaborate in a team setting, and adapt to a learning-oriented, client-focused environment. Basic computer literacy for handling records, scheduling, and internal communication; familiarity with office or clinic software is an advantage. Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred; additional professional courses in aesthetics or skin care are a plus.
