A large international company is looking for a French-speaking Call Center Manager to join our office-based team in Kenya.
We are looking for a responsible and communicative professional with call-center experience who can effectively interact with customers, work with CRM systems, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Inform customers about company promotions, bonuses, and special offers;

Handle both inbound and outbound customer communications;

Maintain a high standard of customer service;

Work with CRM systems and internal databases;

Process customer requests and inquiries;

Monitor the quality of customer communications;

Achieve KPI targets and call-center performance metrics;

Prepare reports based on work results;

Cooperate with internal company departments.
Candidate Requirements

Fluent French language skills (spoken and written);

English level: Intermediate or higher;

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center;

Experience working with CRM systems;
