Job Description

A large international company is looking for a French-speaking Call Center Manager to join our office-based team in Kenya.

 

We are looking for a responsible and communicative professional with call-center experience who can effectively interact with customers, work with CRM systems, and maintain a high level of customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inform customers about company promotions, bonuses, and special offers;

  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer communications;

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service;

  • Work with CRM systems and internal databases;

  • Process customer requests and inquiries;

  • Monitor the quality of customer communications;

  • Achieve KPI targets and call-center performance metrics;

  • Prepare reports based on work results;

  • Cooperate with internal company departments.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent French language skills (spoken and written);

  • English level: Intermediate or higher;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center;

  • Experience working with CRM systems;

  • Strong communication and customer service skills;

  • Responsibility, stress resistance, and organizational skills;

  • Ability to work effectively in a team;

  • Experience in an international company will be considered an advantage.
